There are five white skulls handsewn onto this thrifted black skirt. The skirt is from U2B and labelled size Large, 70% Rayon, 25% Nylon, 5% Spandex so there is some stretch. But still, I'm surprised it says size L, so check the measurements. Model usually wears a small and thought the skirt fit a just bit big.
